Window Pane Breakout

I snapped exactly 222 still photographs of my window pane whilst incrementally moving pieces of cardboard across it (held up with Blu Tack) .

I stitched the stills together to create the world’s first game of WINDOW PANE BREAKOUT!

The effect would have been better if I had worked a little more meticulously, but I only wanted to spend a couple of hours on this video.

  1. I love it! Unfortunately since it is so early I had to listen with sound off, but I will give it another go after my exam.

  2. Hahaha: Chris lovin’ it but not having heard it!OWOeither nearly “ovo”or “ooooooowahhhhh” common American chant

  3. Funny.

*Tom climbs into the hole he has dug for himself and conceals it with cleverly placed leaves, branches and other natural species.*

For clarity, I did dub Chris’ voice-overs for comedic effect. He didn’t exactly say these things in the order I have presented them!

BLAH > chris is too cool to care anyway.

  4. Hahaha!

  5. I’m scared to put the sound on now…My code was ITO, reminds me of Ito’s Lemma.

  6. Tom, your balls are all over the place. Call yourself a physicist?! And his name is Nikola, apparently. The Eurovision Song Contest reminded me of him because he is from Serbia.

  7. I learnt Ito’s Lemma last week. I am FREE of degree. WOOO!

  8. Yeah, me too, but everyone in the house has disappeared. Apparently they went out for Red Bull(?) but that was hours ago. They’d better not be drinking.

  9. Ich sitz auf’m Stuhl und halt ein Blatt vor der Sonne.
    Das ist original.

  10. This is never a good time for the alarm clock to wake me up.
